Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) is considered to be the best athlete in sport. Being a U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the only one to win four gold medals at a single Games during the 2016 Olympics. She is also the first person to win three world titles consecutively. Biles together with her sister Adria Biles and Ronald Biles were adopted as children by the grandparents from Houston. Simone became interested in gymnastics at age six during a day-care field trip at Bannon's Gymnastix and stayed there for 11 years under the guidance of her coach Aimee Boorman. Biles was awarded silver and gold medals at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 on the floor and vault prior to her first appearance in 2011 in the elite division of gymnastics competition. In just two years, she won the sport. What set Biles apart was her consistency her flamboyant attitude and the high degree of challenge she integrated into her routines in every event - vault, uneven bars balance beam and floor exercise.
